Freight Policy

All material is quoted FOB Streamwood, Illinois unless otherwise specified.

We offer Customer Pick-Up, Third Party Billing, Freight Collect (carrier of choice must be specified), or Prepay and Add using our choice of carrier and applying the freight cost to your invoice.

Freight Damage

Upon receipt of material, if anything appears to be damaged (skid, packaging, and/or metal itself), the Bill of Lading must be signed and noted as “Received Damaged”. Photographs must be taken while still in the truck or container. ACA will not open up any freight claims unless the BOL is signed as described above, and photographs are supplied.

Mon-Thurs. 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Friday 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

We can accept flatbeds, trailers and closed vans. Rear or side unload is acceptable.

Maximum coil size 16-20 inch ID; 60 inch OD, 10,000 pounds maximum skid.
